Beyond the Valleycliffe of the Dolls - Year 9!

Beyond the Valleycliffe of the Dolls (BVOD) is a ride that involves a deluxe guided tour through five peaks in the granite maze that is the Valleycliffe area (a neighborhood of Squamish). These are technical trails not accessible by vehicle so it’s peddling and hike-a-bike to trails you simply can’t find on your own. The ride itself is a no pressure day with a great group of people and everyone is encouraged to ride at their own level. The fruit booth is back, where half way through the course we will feast on fresh melons, Gatorade, water, and plenty of smiles.

Be warned though - this is not your average SORCA social ride. No pressure it may be, but the trails are some of the hairiest around! The BVOD is recommended only to riders who are comfortable in all technical situations, and know their way around steep, gnarly granite.

Then, like all epic rides should, it ends with a Brew Pub party (minors welcome) where there will be food and bevvy specials as well as literally mountains of great prizes and praise.

Registration will be day of ONLY

Starting @ 9:30 in Raven's Plateau (top of Westway Ave) in Valleycliffe. Entry fee is $25 and every dollar goes directly to Squamish Search & Rescue.

THIS IS A SORCA GROUP RIDE!!!

What does that mean? That means it's open to all SORCA members. For non-members there is single day insurance availiable for $20.
