What are sorca social rides? They are a bi weekly and on occasion weekend gatherings of sorca members and out of town guests that want to get together to ride some trails and enjoy some laughs together. They are $2 to all sorca members with insurance available to out of town guests for $20.00. They have an old school toonie race back yard party afterwards that is also attended by the attendees of the sorca downhill races. They are meant as an introduction to the many trails that make up the Squamish riding area. They are byob events with sorca supplying the food.

So you want to host a sorca social ride/down hill race gathering?

You need an area big enough to hold up to 75ish people. Sorca will provide all the food, cooking stuff, plates etc. and soft drinks. If you want to provide your own of the above please do not go above $5.00 per person.
