Social Ride is fun for all riders: April 22
The social ride will be in the dump trails, always good to get the first one in as a nice easy trail.
Social riders of all riding levels are encouraged to come out and pedal in a relaxed and fun environment ... chat with friends and make new ones, or find more riding mates. We'll split up in to a variety of skill groups if there's a big turnout.
Meet in the car park below the tennis courts at Don Ross school 5:30 sign up. 6:15 start.
Post ride BBQ will be held downtown at Pacwest; 37870 Cleveland Ave.
DownHill Toonie, April 22
The DownHill Toonie start line is at Alice Lake in the far parking lot. The course runs down Jacks Trail then down Brackentrail (known to some as Root Canal) and finishes at the end of Tantalus Road.
5:30 sign up.Race will start at 6:00.Sign up will continue after race starts.
If we have more than 60 racers, the first 60 will go at 1 minute intervals,after that it will be 30 second intervals.This is to save riders and vollies from being out there until after dark.
If you plan on parking at the lake you will have to pay for parking.Post race BBQ will be held downtown at Pacwest; 37870 Cleveland Ave.
