AGM AND ELECTION/VOTING DETAILS
Our 2022 AGM is happening tonight*, and we have some need-to-know details to share!
Who:
We look forward to seeing all available members in attendance at our AGM tonight! You must be a current member to attend and vote. Members who cannot attend in person are welcome to tune in virtually, all voting will happen online. Non-members who are curious about what we’ve been up to can watch the AGM from the Youtube link below.
When:
Tonight! Wednesday, November 30th.
Doors @ 6:45 pm
The meeting starts @ 7:15 pm
Members will receive a drink ticket upon entry, and light snacks will be provided! We look forward to seeing you there! Please tune in virtually if you can’t make it!

Election Details:
This year all voting will be done via Google Forms. Please make sure you bring a phone to the meeting to vote. Those tuning in virtually will also be voting via google forms. There are three elections and three separate Google forms to fill out, all linked in the titles below. If you haven’t checked out the short bios of our awesome candidates, you can read about them here. More details will be shared at the AGM presentation.
