2024 memberships and auto-renewals
In 2023 we had over 3300 members! The largest membership base for a cycling association in the corridor! For those of you who have opted into the auto-renewal service for your membership purchase, thank you. Membership revenue is a key funding piece for our organization and your trails. Having members subscribed to auto-renewals allows us to better project and guarantee funding for next season and alleviates you panicking to purchase one in advance of the first event in the Spring!
If you're keen to opt into the auto-renewal program you can do so at any point by following the below instructions OR when you purchase your 2024 membership (available later this month).

In the upper right-hand corner, click the "Manage an existing registration" button.
Enter the email you registered your 2023 membership with
Follow the link in the confirmation email
Scroll down to your 2023 Membership purchase and click the "View/Manage" button
Scroll down and click the auto-renew checkbox and click "UPDATE"
For those currently already set up for auto-renewal memberships, you have received an email from Spruce Race Timing providing details as to when your 2024 membership fees will be processed and instructions on how to opt-out if you should choose to do so. You're 2024 memberships will be processed on December 19th.
As noted at our recent AGM, our Family membership is increasing from $100 to $120 in 2024. This decision was made to better reflect the value of a Family Membership. All other membership fees will remain unchanged and we have added a new STUDENT membership at $30/year for students 24 and under.
