Gear swap & Pancake breakfast!
On Saturday, April 6th, SORCA is hosting a public mountain biking gear and bike swap. Thank you for expressing your interest in being a seller at this event.
Sellers have the option of securing a table and selling as much from your table as they would like or contributing one or more bikes to the swap. It's a minimum $100 donation for a table (you can partner up with others) and $25/bike. 🥞☕🚲!

Important seller details:
Pre-registration for sellers is required (please complete this form)
Donations for sellers will be made at Bike drop off (9:00am-10:00am) or at check in for table sellers, Bikes $25, Tables $100.
Bikes will be checked in and monitored by volunteers. No transactions/ negotiations will be made through SORCA volunteers. Bikes will be labelled with the sellers' contact info for negotiating a price and completing the sale.
All bikes checked in will be tagged. The seller will need to provide the appropriate tag to pick up their bike at the end of the Swap. (Bike check style)
Tables must have sellers' attendance.
Tables can be shared; find some friends and split a table!
Bikes must be dropped off between 9 am and 10 am. The swap opens at 10 am!
All registered sellers will be sent out a confirmation email with day of details on Monday, April 1st. Hope to see you there!
